It dawned on me yesterday that all the computer model building of unexecuted architectural designs has been a series of virtual reenactments. This notion first occurred when thinking about the first online image of Quondam. There's Stirling's reenactments of Schinkel and Corbu, etc., (and there's Foundation Hall at the American College Life Underwriters where Mitchell/Giurgola reenacts Stirling).
