2016 death of Zaha Hadid
A very sad and unexpected turning of a page in architectural history.
The publication of her student work--the Tektonik Project and a Museum of the 19th Century in Lotus International 21 1978.
Her design for the Residence for the Irish Prime Minister published in Lotus International 25 1979, on the pages immediately before the publication of the same project by OMA, Koolhaas and Zenghelis.
Her winning The Peak competition. Was that 1981 or 1982?
The funny way that the h-line operation in Intergraph CAD sometimes created very zany Zahaesque perspectives. And you can still periodically get similar results with Arris CAD.
Closer to now, I've often felt that her 21st century designs picked up exactly where Eisenman left off at the very end of the 20th century.

Delirious Philadelphia, indeed.
