3d model of Philadelphia?

I know Quondam - A Virtual Museum of Architecture has a 3d model file of Center City Philadelphia in its collection.
I didn't know almost any format will work, however.
Nonetheless, I also know that many [architects] in Philadelphia freely downloaded 3d model files of Center City Philadelphia at quondam.com in 1998.
They're not gonna use 3d computer graphics of Philadelphia for another WHYY-TV12 SPOTLIGHT or Ed Bacon documentary again are they?
