All the dates given here within the various rooms of Ury House are unverifiable and/or incorrect. For example, the room incorrectly dated 1789 was added to Ury House by Miers Fisher who purchased Ury House in 1795, and the rooms incorrectly dated 1840 were added to Ury House by Stephen Crawford who purchased Ury House in 1842. The rooms unverifiably dated 1645 and 1728 do indeed appear as the structure that Miers Fisher purchased from the Taylor family in 1795, but (so far) there is no record as to when these rooms were built by the Taylor family.
