4. A new (infringement) design for the Palais des Congrès: the columns are fattened and some are eliminated altogether; the box is raised as high as the roof bottom; level 4 becomes the open air roof; the roof "enclosure" becomes the giant auditorium raised by the forest of columns.

Re: Unintended Consequences
Not so much being versatile as getting better at reenactment, thus producing a more correct copy of "here a quack, there a quack, everywhere a quack, quack."
Ludwig's choice for title was indeed "The Versatility of Versailles", and Eva liked "Versailles' Demise", but Marie A. simply found no more reason to disguise the fact that all three of them were grand old quacks.

Koolhaas versus the Actor
For the sake of clarity, I wish to restate my argument(s):
1. Manfredo Tafuri is no authority when it comes to Piranesi's Ichnographia Campi Martii.
2. Tafuri no where demonstrates an understanding of reenactment as it relates to the generation and history of architectural design.
3. It is many times more valuable to reenact architectures than it is to reenact architectural critics/historians.
